Rental Rate Conditions: Sunrise Point is rented to one person at a time. You do not share the house with others. Rates and the number of bedrooms you have access to depends on the number of people in your group. Two person rate provides access to upstairs bedroom and bath. Four person rate adds downstairs master bedroom and bath. Six person rate adds a third bedroom and a third bath and the eight person rate adds access to the fourth bedroom.
· MAX of 10 people using all four bedrooms and upstairs futon.
· Minimum length of stay is 5 days.
· Check in on any day of except Sunday.
· Check out by 10 AM – Check in starts at 3 PM.
· Children count the same as adults. Do not exceed 10 people total.
· No pets. No smoking inside the house.

Sunrise Point will only accept reservations by credit card. We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discovery. There is no surcharge for using your credit card. Your reservations are confirmed immediately. All rates are automatically calculated by our secure server when you book your reservation.

Caretaker & Golf Cart
Our Caretaker, Wanda Sweeting, is on Elbow Cay and will meet you upon your arrival, stop by to make sure you are settled and answer any questions you might have. Wanda is there to resolve any issues and help make your stay as pleasant as possible. Wanda can also arrange for your golf cart rental (highly recommended) through T&N Cart Rentals. Please feel free contact Wanda at 242-366-0069. Electricity on the island is very expensive and is our biggest expense in running our home. We will be having to charge an extra $30.00 for each electric cart that is used while on vacation at our home so please rent gas carts only.
