Each of our 4 bedrooms can accommodate 2 people for up to 8 adults.  The futon upstairs can by accommodate up to 2 children.  Total max people - 10.  Minimum stay is 4 nights.  We have three Seasons.

  1. BulletOff Season is from Jan 4 to March 1 and August 15 to December 15.  Four person weekly rate is $1,470.  Add $25 per person per night for additional guests.

  2. Navagation bar for the web site for Sunrise Point a vacation renatl home in the Bahamas In season is from March 1 to August 15.  Four person weekly rate is $2,100.  Add $35 per person per night for additional guests.

Rental Rate Conditions:


  1. BulletSunrise Point is rented to one group at a time. You do not share the house with others.

  2. BulletEach of the 4 rooms at Sunrise point are double occupancy rooms with separate locked entrances for privacy.

  3. BulletMAX of 10 people using all four bedrooms and upstairs futon.

  4. BulletFuton upstairs is recommended only for children.  Adults should have a room.  Using Futon for children you can accommodate 10 people. 

  5. Bullet Regular stay is 4 nights min.  Rates above are weekly.

  6. Bullet Check in on any day.  Sunday is by request only.

  7. BulletCheck out by 10 AM.  Check in starts at 3 PM. 

  8. Bullet Children age 2 and up count as adults.

  9. Bullet No pets.

  10. Bullet No smoking inside the house.

  11. Bullet Sunrise Point accepts reservations by credit card.

  12. Bullet Rates are automatically calculated by our secure server.

  13. Bullet You receive immediate confirmation of your reservation.

  15. BulletSunrise Point requests that you call the owner if you desire to check-in on a Sunday.  We will accommodate your requests based on availability and season.  Thanks!


Caretaker & Golf Cart


Our Caretaker, Wanda Sweeting, is on Elbow Cay and will meet you upon your arrival, take you to the house and check you in, stop by to make sure you are settled and answer any questions you might have. Wanda is there to resolve any issues and help make your stay as pleasant as possible. Wanda can also arrange for your golf cart rental (highly recommended) through T&N Cart Rentals and provide many other services. Electricity & Water


Electricity and water on the Island are very expensive and these our biggest expenses. We need to charge an extra $30.00 for electric carts plugged in and using our power to charge.  Please rent gas carts only.  Please conserve water.  Thank you.  Washer and Dryer service is available close by for a reasonable charge at Sea Spray Marina and is not provided at the house.  Please contact Wanda or Sea Spray if you have any questions about laundry service and the cost.


We have a full house generator that only runs if the Island loses power.  This generator switches on automatically in case of a power loss.  This is an additional important, no charge service to our renters and insures that you will always have power, especially during the hot summer months when air conditioning is a must.
