Base rental rate is $750.00 off season and $1,000.00 in season. Each room can accommodate 2 people. Add $50 per night for each room needed in the off season and $75 per night for each room you need in season.

Sunrise Point requests that you stay a minimum of 4 nights and that you call the owner if you desire to check-in on a Sunday.

Rental Rate Conditions: Sunrise Point is rented to one group at a time. You do not share the house with others.
Each of the 4 rooms at Sunrise point are double occupancy rooms. Your total rate will depend upon the number of rooms you need and for how many nights.

Futon is recommended for children. Adults should have a room.

Check in on any day. Sunday is by request only.

Caretaker & Golf Cart
Our Caretaker, Wanda Sweeting, is on Elbow Cay and will meet you upon your arrival, stop by to make sure you are settled and answer any questions you might have. Wanda is there to resolve any issues and help make your stay as pleasant as possible. Wanda can also arrange for your golf cart rental (highly recommended) through T&N Cart Rentals and provide many other services. Electricity & Water
Electricity and water on the island are very expensive and these our biggest expenses. We need to charge an extra $30.00 for electric carts. Please rent gas carts only. Please conserve water. Thank you.
We have a full house automatic generator so that you will always have power. Many home owners do not provide this because the diesel fuel to run the generator is over $5.00 per gallon. This is a no charge benefit to our renters and a must on hot June, July or August, rental weeks when power seems to fail on a regular basis.
