Our dock is across the Island from Sunrise Point and a great place to dock your boat, hang out, fish, or just take a cooler and watch a beautiful Bahama Sunset.
Sunrise Point is a unique, spacious round shaped home with wonderful panoramic views from just about any point or through any window. The outside of the home boasts a wrap around deck on both levels. They invite you to enjoy the cool breezes and the sunrise each and every morning. You can also enjoy sunsets and the serenity of another terrific day in paradise.

The dock is not next to the house. It is a nice, short 5 minute walk to the other side of the Island on the Abaconian Sea. The reason is because the ocean is too dangerous for a dock. A dock on the ocean would wash away in no time at all. Click HERE for a Google Map. -
The dock is large and fun to spend a day fishing off the side. We do not provide fishing poles but you can rent them locally.

Even if you do not rent a boat you will find yourself spending time on the dock especially if the wind is blowing hard from the East. When it is windy on the Ocean Side it is calm on the Abaconian Sea.

The distance from the house is about 300 yards. Cart ride is about 2 minutes from house. You can drive cart onto the dock.

The dock is not completely sheltered. If he wind blows hard from the North East, you need to know how to tie off properly or take your boat to the Mariana. This is not a concern on most days.

It is common practice for our renters to have Wanda meet them at our dock with golf cart or leave a golf cart for their use at our dock. This is a convenient way to get your luggage and belongings from your boat up to the house by using the golf cart you have rented. Never any need to carry items from dock to house.
